Prorogued Parliament provokes local graffiti at MP's office

Once again, Parliament has been prorogued by Prime Minister Stephen Harper, his fourth prorogation since taking office in 2006.

Many people across the country call it a cooling-off period after months of controversy over Senate expenses. Meanwhile, someone graffiti-marked PROROGUED (AGAIN) across Kamloops-Thompson-Cariboo MP Cathy McLeod’s 100 Mile House constituency office sign.
