It’s time to start thinking about those businesses and people working in Sooke who have made your life a little more pleasant.

Each year the Sooke Region Chamber of Commerce puts out the call for nominations in a variety of categories.

Sooke Region Chamber will be accepting nominations for their prestigious Awards of Excellence taking place March 1, 2012.

These awards will be presented to Sooke Region Chamber of Commerce members in the categories of:

President’s Choice

Volunteer of the Year

Citizen of the Year

Business Improvement

Community Arts and Culture

Employer of the Year

Business of the Year – Homebased, Small (1-10) Medium (11- 25) Large 26+)

Customer Service – employee

Customer Service – hospitality.
