The Stuart Lake Hospital Auxiliary held another successful Christmas raffle on Dec. 9.

A variety of prizes were handed out including a pass for Murray Ridge, a stunning print of Stuart Lake, a teeth whitening treatment and  a Samsung Galaxy Tablet 4.

Christmas suddenly turned brighter for all of those lucky recipients whose names were randomly chosen at Stuart Lake Hospital.

The Auxiliary members were thrilled with the results. The raffle raised about $4,063.25 and this will be put into the pot according to Julie-Ann Mortenson, president of the Auxiliary.

Members of the Auxiliary continue to dedicate their time in helping raise funds where needed in support of the community.

In the past, funds have been raised for hospital equipment and the Seniors Helping Seniors Bus.

The bus provides transportation to those seniors who are medically challenged.

The Auxiliary is thankful for all of the community support in making the raffle another memorable success.
