One elected official believes local youth may solve some major social issues.
Juliette Cunningham, a Vernon councillor, recently met with Clarence Fulton Secondary students about affordable housing.
And beyond just getting information, the students provided some solutions.
“They had a lot of ideas of what you can do — tiny homes and students sharing accommodations with seniors,” said Cunningham, adding that the students could help local after the seniors.
