Summerland community members have been appointed to several committees of council.
Abhishek Leki and Kim Eastlick were appointed for a one-year term on the Community Climate Action Committee, with the term expiring April 30, 2022. Sherri Macdonald, Linda Netherton and Marty Paradine were appointed to the committee for a two-year term, expiring April 30, 2023.

Chris Becker, Nancy Hoyles, John Kirbyson, Mark Siemens, Susan Prior and Janet Groome were appointed to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee for a two-year term, expiring March 31, 2023.
The terms of reference for this committee were updated to increase the total number of voting members from six to seven. Jillian Hotson was appointed to the committee.
Steve Lornie, Denise Macdonald, Gary Strachan, Blake Allen, Sarah Barkwill and Annie Beulah were appointed to the Agricultural Advisory Committee for a two-year term, expiring March 31, 2023.
Chris Zabek was appointed to the committee as the non-voting representative from the Ministry of Agriculture, for a two-year term, expiring March 31, 2023.
