Summerland to host 2 vaccine clinics in September

The pop-up clinics are at Summerland Library Sept. 7 and 14

Interior Health will be hosting two pop-up vaccine clinics in Summerland in September.

Pop-up vaccination clinics at the Summerland Library will take place Sept. 7 and 14 between 2 and 6:30 p.m. for anyone with either one or no doses.

Anyone born in 2009 or earlier is welcome to drop in, register and receive either their first or second dose.

Second doses will only be administered to those that received their first dose more than 28 days prior.

Vaccination takes 15 minutes and is pain and hassle-free.

Vaccines are also available via drop-in or appointment at an immunization clinic.

Appointments can be made at www.getvaccinated.gov.bc.ca, by phone at 1-888-838-2323 or at a Service BC office.
