During the current heat wave, the Summerland Water Treatment Plant has been operating at maximum capacity due to the heavy demand for water. If this high use continues, further measurements will be required which could affect all Summerland water users.
The District requests that all industrial, commercial, institutional, agricultural, and residential users use water wisely and reduce use wherever possible.
