Saturday night saw the rise of the supermoon over the Strait of Georgia. Many Campbell Riverites were out snapping photos of the phenomenon, a full moon occuring when the moon’s orbit comes closest to the earth. Others enjoyed a beach fire and the moon beautifully reflected on the sea.
