Police are looking for a man who wandered away from the hospital this week.

On Monday at about 1:20 p.m., the man walked away from Surrey Memorial Hospital, at 96 Avenue and King George Boulevard, where he was being treated for significant injuries.

He had been brought there by ambulance after being found with significant injuries.

He might not be aware of his medical situation and hospital staff are concerned for his well being.

He is described as a 45-60 year old Caucasian male, 5’10” tall, 180 lbs., with a medium build and very short grey hair.

He also had a distinctive tattoo, “never surrender”,  on the right side of his neck.

He was last seen wearing a white hospital gown. Police and medical staff are concerned for his health and well-being.
