Several schools and businesses have taken a snow day as the communities of Agassiz and Harrison Hot Springs cope with the onslaught of snow that arrived over the weekend.
Crews work hard to clear roadways as pedestrians bundle up to brave the sub zero temperatures. Officials have advised people to be cautious while driving and to refrain from getting behind the wheel wherever possible.
The cold temperatures mean the snow is likely to stick around a little longer.
