Natural stress keeps us alive.

It gets us out of danger.  However sustained stress isn’t natural and leads to imbalance, illness and disease.  Learn why, plus effective natural tools for countering stress, anxiety, depression and PTSD at this upcoming info event.

Those attending will gain valuable and effective on-the-spot tools for quickly switching out of stress anytime, anywhere, plus an awareness of the signs of unhealthy stress for on-going prevention.

“Switching out of stress spares your nervous system, your digestive system, your circulatory system and your brain from blowing fuses.  It instantly takes your body from shock to healing and from tense focus to relaxed clarity” says Meilleur, a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner.

“There are millions of people on the planet living in constant stress and there are valuable, natural solutions that allow people to change that.”

“The information at this event will benefit you and your loved ones.” adds Meredith a herbalist, iridologist, and holistic health specialist.
