Residents of the Crofton area ages 12 and older who haven’t received their first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine can do so at a temporary walk-in clinic.

This clinic started Tuesday, June 29 and runs until Saturday, July 3 – including the Canada Day holiday on July 1 – from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Warmland Church at 1586 Joan Ave. in Crofton.

Those in need of a second dose of vaccine are advised to follow the usual procedures and book an appointment through the provincial Get Vaccinated system.

In addition to this temporary clinic, Island Health continues to offer a limited number of first dose walk-in appointments each day at mass immunization clinics such as the Cowichan Community Centre in Duncan.

Appointments can also be booked at any mass immunization clinic in the Island Health region.
