Whoever the thieves were who struck at Serious Coffee in Parksville this week undoubtedly worked for their ill-gotten gains.
Oceanside RCMP Corporal Richard van de Pol said unidentified culprits made their move some time overnight between Feb. 12 and 13, making off with a computer, along with a 300-pound safe and its contents.
Van de Pol said the investigation into this incident is ongoing and involves members from Oceanside RCMP general duty, along with members from RCMP crime scene investigation unit.
