The Thornhill Fire Department responded to a structure fire at Ridgeway’s Farm and Feed, located in the 5400 block of Hwy 37 South midway between the roundabout and the Northwest Regional Airport at 7 a.m. on Mar. 16.
According to post on the Thornhill Fire Department Community Connection Facebook page, when crews first arrived there was open fire and smoke coming from a building, which was quickly extinguished.
A fire engine, two fire tenders and 10 members attended the scene. There was some damage to the building, but there were no injuries or fire related damage to adjoining buildings.
