A White Rock senior who was reported missing May 15 has been located safe and sound.

Police say a tip from the public regarding Nora Borland’s whereabouts led to the 60-year-old being found in the South Surrey area.

An appeal for help locating Borland was issued last week.

The White Rock RCMP would like to thank the public for their continued assistance with not only locating missing people but helping to keep our community safe,” Const. Janelle Shoihet states in a May 22 news release.
