This summer, two B.C. locals will travel from Revelstoke to Nelson by water and trails. Ethan Krueger and Tanelle Bolt have both sustained traumatic spinal cord injuries.

A press release from the Kootenay Adaptive Sport Association states “although their lives have been altered, Ethan and Tanelle want to prove that life can still be active, rich and rewarding.”

The trip will take place from July 2 to July 12.

The organisation is fundraising for the journey and for creating an inspiration video for spinal cord injuries. They have a goal of $15,000.

Funds raised will go towards Videography, Trek expenses and Distribution. Any left over funds will support adaptive sports in the region.

Donations can be made by contacting mike@kootenayadaptive.com or through GoFundMe.
