A stalled vehicle westbound on the Trans-Canada Highway is causing delays in Langley Tuesday morning.
Crews are en route to the scene west of 264th Street where the vehicle is off to the right shoulder, according to the transportation ministry who reported the incident about 8:15 a.m.
Expect delays in the area due to congestion.
