RCMP are investigating the reported theft of a black, enclosed SnowBear trailer containing a blue, 2007 Polaris quad sometime overnight on Sept. 26 at a Dunant Place residence.
Thieve(s) also attempted to take a boat trailer from the property but it was locked and they were unsuccessful.
The B.C. license plate on the trailer is WBV-57D and on the quad, 2C3154.
Also on that night police report there was a break in at Vantage Powersports and Marine at 64 Industrial Ave.
Cpl. Don Wrigglesworth said a heavy car jack was thrown through a window on the north side of the building.
Items taken included racing gear and motorcycle helmets.
Items believed to be left behind by those responsible were seized by police and taken for forensic identification.
TV and a computer stolen from residence
Police are looking for a woman described as 50 years old with dark shoulder length hair who stole a 50-inch Sharp television and laptop computer from a home Oct. 1.
Police say the incident happened on Monday sometime between 10:30 a.m. and noon when a neighbour saw the woman go into the house and put the television in a grey Ford Mustang and drive away.
Police say the residents of the house were in the process of moving and the neighbour believed the woman was helping.
Forensic identification work is being done to locate possible fingerprints from other items at the scene.
