The trees along Mission’s First Avenue are quickly disappearing.
Crews have begun Day 1 of the Downtown Mission Improvement Project and on Monday morning, tree cutters were busy at work removing all of the trees along the roadway.
On Tuesday, sections of the sidewalks will begin to be torn up.
