Teck Resources Ltd. - Highland Valley Copper donated $40,000 to the Ash-Creek TV Society last week. Society president Ben Roy said the funds will be used to buy new production software and hardware that will change the look and sound of the TV and radio stations. One of the features for the television will be the production of vignettes, and the radio software will enable automatic programming. Roy said they expect to have the new equipment onstream by the Fall. Members of the TV Society executive Jack Jeyes, Neil Winslow, Damian Couture, Ida Makaro and Ben Roy, and HVC Community Affairs Officer Jacqui Schneider and General Manager Chris Dechert.
