Three people were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a two-car collision in Abbotsford on Tuesday afternoon.
The crash took place just after 4 p.m. at the intersection of DeLair Road and Sumas Way.
Witnesses at the scene said the driver of a northbound Toyota Sequoia SUV was making a left turn off Sumas Way onto DeLair when the vehicle was struck by a Geo Storm travelling south on Sumas Way.
The collision flipped the SUV onto its driver’s side, and the front end of the Storm was smashed.
Both drivers and a passenger in the SUV were taken to hospital.
Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service, Abbotsford Police and BC Amublance Service were all on the scene.
