First responders are on scene Thursday evening (Sept. 24) at Duncan Bay Main and Forbidden Plateau Road following a motor vehicle incident around 5 p.m.
Reports indicate a single vehicle with two individuals inside flipped on its roof. The Courtenay Fire Department is on scene and has extricated both people from the vehicle.
BC Air Ambulance has been dispatched to the scene and is expected to arrive at 5:40 p.m.
Drivers are advised to slow down to emergency crews and avoid the area if possible.
