Two men aged 19 and 21, were approached by two women in their late teens or early 20s on Sunday, Dec. 15 at 3:36 a.m. on Atkins Avenue in Langford.
Police say the women asked the men if they had any drugs then demanded to use a cell phone.
When the men refused, one woman, described as Caucasian with black hair wearing a black and white checkered winter jacket and black yoga pants, struck one of the men in the head with a rock multiple times.
Then the other woman, a blonde wearing a black apron and black yoga pants pulled out a sharp item described as a screw driver or a knife.
The men fled and called West Shore RCMP.
