The United Way North Okanagan Columbia Shuswap (NOCS) is offering the artistic youth in its operating area to highlight their talents while helping United Way NOCS promote their organization. Youth can design an 8.5” x 11” poster following the themes of “Change starts here.” or “Give. Volunteer. Act.”
The prize is two weekend sport/music passes to Center of Gravity in Kelowna worth over $400.
