Prior story:
Surrey RCMP are requesting the public’s help in finding a 13-year-old girl from Surrey.
Mikayla Marie Massie attended school at Clayton Heights Secondary yesterday (Wednesday, May 15) but did not return home after school. Police say she was spotted later in the the day, around 5:30 p.m., near 188 Street and Fraser Highway, but hasn’t been seen since.
Police are concerned as leaving home overnight without being in contact is out of character for Massie.
She is described as a Caucasian female who is 5’4″ tall and 90 lbs. She has long blond hair, which is usually in a ponytail. She was last seen wearing a cream coloured lacey top with a grey, two-tone Lululemon zip hoodie, red skinny jeans, black flat shoes. She was also carrying a grey backpack with blue trim.
Anyone who has seen or knows the whereabouts of Massie is asked to call the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502.
