A 63-year-old Creston woman has been arrested after a shots fired incident on Canyon Lister Road on Wednesday (Aug. 11).
Creston RCMP said that after several hours of negotiation the woman, who was armed and had barricaded herself, was taken into custody by the Southeast District Emergency Response Team.
The woman remains in custody and is expected to face firearms related charges but the investigation remains ongoing.
