Update: Salandra Lal has been located safe and sound at a family member’s home. Below is the original story.
SURREY — Police are looking to the public to help find a high-risk missing man.
Salandra Lal, who is speech and hearing impaired, has not been seen since Thursday morning (March 26).
At 8:15 a.m. that day, he was seen at King George Skytrain station, but has not been seen or heard from since.
Lal is described as a 43-year-old, South Asian man, standing at five-feet-eight-inches tall and weighing 146 lbs. He has a slender build, thinning brown hair with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a black ball cap, white hoodie, a t-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
According to an RCMP press release, it is out of character for Lal not to be in contact with him family for this long.
