UPDATE: Missing Maple Ridge boy has been found

Storm Sampson was last seen in Maple Ridge along Hall Street

The Ridge Meadows RCMP have located a missing Maple Ridge boy.

Ridge Meadows RCMP had been looking for 10-year-old Storm Sampson who was last seen and heard from at 8:30 a.m. in his home in the 11900 block of Hall Street on Friday, May 28.

But after the alert was posted in The News and online, a person recognized Sampson and called police.

“Great News,” the Ridge Meadows RCMP posted online.

“The missing 10 year old boy has been found safe and sound,” they announced.

“Thank you to the citizen who recognized him and called police and thank you to everyone for all the social media shares,” read the online post.
