A man who appeared to be following a young teenaged girl in Willoughby Wednesday morning initially to a public warning from Langley RCMP.

On May 30, a 14-year-old left her home in a townhouse complex to walk to school.

She saw a man sitting in his vehicle nearby.

After walking through some buildings and out to the street, she again saw the man. He followed her in his car and stopped at a nearby streetlight.
