Surrey RCMP confirmed Tuesday morning (Aug. 27) that Harjinder Rai has now been located.

A $5,000 reward is now being offered for a man who went missing this month.
The family of Harjinder Rai are offering the reward for any information leading to his whereabouts.
Rai was last seen in the late evening hours of Aug. 10, when he walked away from his home in the 8100-block of 134 A Street, following an argument with a family member.
He has not shown up for work and has not had any contact with family or friends since. He has no history of going missing and doesn’t have any addiction issues.
He is described as a 34-year-old South Asian male, 5’7”, 161 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair, and has a religious tattoo on his upper right arm.
He was last seen wearing a newer yellow tank top, brown khaki coloured shorts, and no shoes.
The Surrey RCMP’s Missing Persons Unit has made extensive inquiries to try and locate him without success. Police are asking anyone who knows his whereabouts to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502, call 911, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) quoting file number 2013-104616.
