A Saanich teen who went missing on Nov. 4 has been located safely more than three weeks later.
According to Saanich police, the 14-year-old girl last seen in early November near Marigold Road was found on Nov. 27.
The teen was labelled as high-risk after going missing because officers had identified a number of safety concerns, explained Const. Markus Anastasiades, spokesperson for the Saanich Police Department, at the time.
On Friday, police thanked the public for helping to locate the young girl and emphasized that she is now safe.
