Highway 1 closed earlier today west of Revelstoke.
The incident involved two semi trucks and the crash occurred near Peaks Lodge, roughly five km west of the city.
DriveBC first recorded the incident at 6:32 a.m. The highway has reopened with singe alternating traffic. Black Press has reached out to local RCMP regarding injuries.
Roughly five cm of snow fell in Revelstoke last night. The snow is expected to continue until the afternoon. High three degrees.
Current driving conditions is slushy with slippery sections.
