A semi-trailer was involved in an accident near Ucluelet’s town border on Friday around noon.

“The driver pulled off the road and accidentally rolled into the ditch,” Sgt. Steve Mancini of the Ucluelet RCMP told the Westerly News.

No other vehicles were involved.

Traffic in and out of Ucluelet was slowed as crews worked to clear the semi-trailer from the roadway and their efforts went into Saturday afternoon.
