Victoria man Rhett Dahl who was the subject of a missing person alert on Feb. 5 has been found safe, Victoria police announced Wednesday.
Dahl’s family hadn’t heard from him since March 2020 and reported him missing on Feb. 4 out of fear for his wellbeing.
