Justin Alec Felix is found guilty of breaking and entering with intent to commit offence in Fort St. James on Oct. 18, 2015. He is now on conditional discharge for 12 months, with a probation order for 12 months.

Gerald John Monk is found guilty of driving while prohibited from doing so in Fort St. James on April 4, 2014. He is fined $500 and prohibited from driving for a year.

Marcel James Johnny is charged for assault and unlawful confinement or imprisonment in Vanderhoof on Sept. 15 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Oct. 31.

Sampson Nathan Raphael is found guilty of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm in Vanderhoof on Feb. 22, as well as committing assault causing bodily harm and breaching probation order on May 9 last year. He received a probation order for a year and a firearms prohibition for five years.

Adrian Leonard Carlson is charged for committing assault in Vanderhoof on March 6 last year. He will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Sept. 26.

Terry Robert Walter West is charged for assaulting with a weapon and possessing a weapon for dangerous purposes in Takla Landing on April 16 last year. He will be tried in Fort St. James Provincial Court on June 20.

Kenneth Paul Schmidt is found guilty of fleeing from a peace officer in Fraser Lake on Jan. 30 last year. He received a conditional sentence of 90 days and a driving prohibition for 12 months.

Donna Vankosky is charged for impaired driving and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle in Fraser Lake on April 14 last year. She will be tried in Vanderhoof Law Courts on Nov. 2.
