Vanderhoof will be hosting BC Hockey Championship once again in March this year.

The district will host the Bantam Tier 4 Championship from March 16, until March 19.

Phil Turgeon, co-chair of the event and the team manager, said he is thankful to the community for all the support they have given to local minor hockey teams.

In the past, Vanderhoof has hosted BC Hockey Championships twice, first in 2007 for Pee Wee Tier 4 and then in 2012 for Bantam Tier 4.

If any community member wishes to help the organizers of the event as a volunteer or sponsor, please contact Phil Turgeon at philt77@telus.net.
