Emergency services directed traffic as a tow truck removed a vehicle following an accident at the Balmoral intersection after 4 p.m. on Jan. 20.
A small grey sedan could be seen partially in the ditch near the intersection.
A tow truck arrived to remove the vehicle shortly after 4:30 p.m. Traffic was flowing in all directions with direction from firefighters at that time.
