Vernon man busted in Saskatchewan

A Vernon man and two men from Surrey are facing drug-related charges following a bust in Saskatoon Tuesday.

A Vernon man and two men from Surrey are facing drug-related charges following a bust in Saskatoon Tuesday.

Saskatoon Police Services pulled over a vehicle mid-afternoon.

Their investigation revealed that the driver was found to have outstanding traffic warrants and was arrested.

As he was being searched, officers found drugs and cash.

They also found drugs and cash on the two passengers.

In total, officers seized around 28 grams of crack cocaine and $1,800 in cash, as well as a 2002 Dodge Caravan.

The Vernon man, 19, and the two from Surrey, aged 20 and 17, have been charged with possession for the purposes of trafficking and proceeds of crime.
