The Victoria Police Department is searching for a missing Victoria man.
Ross Allen, 25, is described as Caucasian, 170 lbs, five feet, 10 inches tall with a medium build. He has short hair, although he has longer hair in the above photo.
Allen’s family last heard from him on July 24 and are worried about him.
