A violent offender who has allegedly breached conditions of his release from prison, is now subject of a police manhunt.
Surrey RCMP is seeking public assistance is finding Bryan Travis Kelly.
The 5’9″ Caucasian with tattooed arms was released from a federal penitentiary after a two-year sentence for robbery and assaulting a peace officer.
Kelly was released under strict conditions, and is alleged to have breached those conditions already.
A warrant was issued for his arrest on Friday.
He has two distinctive tattoos; a right forearm “Critical” and left forearm “Situation.”
Police regard Kelly as dangerous and advice the public not to approach him, but to call 9-1-1 and immediately report his whereabouts.
