Darnell Darcy Pratt, 22, is in jail again after surrendering to Victoria police late Saturday night.
Pratt had been wanted for being unlawfully at large after walking away from a Victoria halfway house Nov. 7, where he was serving out the remainder of a nine-year manslaughter sentence for killing Grant De Patie in Maple Ridge six years ago.
