According to police, officers stopped Linklater in early June when he tried to force his way through a faregate. He initially gave officers the wrong name.
When police told him he was under arrest, he got agitated and told them they would have to take him “the hard way.”
Officers found drug paraphernalia on his person when they eventually got him into handcuffs.
