City crews were called into action shortly before 7 p.m. on Oct. 21 to deal with a broken water main.
The line broke at the corner of 8th Avenue East and Frederick Street, impacting water pressure for residents of Piggot Place, Herman St., Overlook St., 5th Avenue East, 6th Avenue East and Seal Cove.
Despite the dark and the weather, crews were able to repair the main by 11 p.m.
