Drive BC has reported slippery sections south of Golden on Highway 95, between Radium and Golden. There are also slippery sections between Quartz Creek Bridge and Field on Highway 1, due to compact snow.
There is poor visibility just west of Golden on Highway 1 due to snow squalls
Avalanche control work on Highway 1 East Boundary of Mount Revelstoke Park to West Boundary of Glacier National Park has closed a portion of the highway. The closure is expected to last from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Detours will not be available.
There is also poor visibility along that stretch of highway, due to snow squalls.
