Another year older, Madeleine MacDougall celebrates 107 years at Hardy View Lodge. Born in Minitonas, Manitoba, MacDougall moved to Grand Forks with her husband in 1959.
Presented by acting mayor Bob Kendel, MacDougall received the city’s highest honour, the Freedom of the City of Grand Forks.
