Whiskey Creek dirt bike, generator thieves sought by RCMP

Storage container pried open with "axe-style tool" March 5

Oceanside RCMP are looking for information on thieves who broke into a storage container in Whiskey Creek on March 5, and who made away with two dirt bikes and other items.

RCMP were notified of the break and entry to a storage container on a rural property on Clarke Road in Whiskey Creek, where “thieves used an axe-style tool to pry the door open and then proceeded to steal several high-valued items,” the Oceanside RCMP stated in a written news release.

The stolen items are:

– 1 Firman 3800 Generator (yellow)

– 1 Honda EU 3000 IS Generator (red)

– 1 Yamaha YZ 250 f Dirt Bike (black plastics)

– 1 2017 HPC TYPHOON PRO Dirt Bike

– 1 Chain Saw 372 HUSKY

– 1 Warn Winch 10,000 lbs

Anyone with information that could assist the RCMP in solving the crime is asked to call 250-248-6111 and ask to speak to Const. Oliver.
