• The Capital Regional Hospital District will own Oak Bay Lodge from Island Health after the facility closes, anticipated in 2019. Graham Bavington pitched the family’s Hee-Haw Horseradish business to the Dragons’ Den when the television show came to town earlier in the year. In May, the whole family headed to Toronto for filming.
