Good morning! It was a rainy start to the day at 6 C as of 7 a.m., and the Environment Canada weather service tells us we’ve got 96 per cent humidity and 5 km/h winds from the east-northeast.
We can expect to see more rain today, and likely at least until next Monday, according to Environment Canada, with only a bit of sun poking out Wednesday with a chance of showers. Highs in the next week are set to drop from 8 or 9 C to 5 C by early next week, with lows dropping from 7 C to 1 or 2 C.
And over the weekend we could see some flakes falling from the skies, according to the Environment Canada forecast, with periods of rain or snow overnight Saturday and a 60 per cent chance of rain showers or flurries Sunday.
Currently, visibility is eight kilometres.
On clear roads and driving at the speed limit, a drive from the Abbotsford News building to Downtown Vancouver would take 50 minutes.
