Good morning! It was a mostly cloudy start to the day today, at 9 C as of 7 a.m., and the Environment Canada weather service tells us we’ve got 96 per cent humidity and 8 km/h winds from the southwest.

It’s expected to be mostly cloudy through the day, with a 30 per cent chance of rain and a high of 12 C.

Tonight is expected to see rain starting early in the evening with a low of 9 C. If you’re out trick or treating tomorrow, dress for wet weather – you can expect to see clouds and periods of rain in the day, with the temperature hanging at 10 C all day and all night, with rain overnight.

And you can expect to see no relief from the dreary weather this week, with cloudy skies and rain forecast at least through to Monday, with highs in the mid- to low-teens and lows between 6 C and 11 C.

Currently, visibility is 16 kilometres.

On clear roads and driving at the speed limit, a drive from the Abbotsford News building to Downtown Vancouver would take 50 minutes.
