It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bruce Richard Coffin on December 8, 2023, at the age of 66, after a lengthy battle with cancer.
He is remembered and sadly missed by his loving wife Brenda and two daughters Chloe (20) and Gracie (17). His sisters Nora (Morrie) Currie and Lorene (John) Dammann.
Numerous nieces and nephews Jenny McMurphy, Brent Ankrom (Dayna), Jared Currie (Jamie), Kyle Currie (Kendal), Britney Currie, Janell Weighill (Laine) and great nieces and nephews Everett, Jade, Jackson, Jayce, Lennox and Melania.
His extended family includes his mother and father-in-law Neil and Shirley McCaig, brothers-in-law Shawn McCaig, Don McCaig (Karrie), sister-in-law Peggy McCaig, and nephews Zachary and Joshua.
He was predeceased by his loving parents Bill and Pauline Coffin.
Bruce was born in Edmonton, Alberta on May 19, 1957. He completed his studies as a Denturist at NAIT and practiced for 30 years in Vernon, Nelson and then Penticton. Bruce had all the toys from his Harley’s, multiple sport cars, sailboats, campers, to his prized 1967 Chevy II.
But most of all, he enjoyed the company and love of family and friends and his renewed faith in the Lord.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 16th at 2:00pm at the Everden Rust Funeral Chapel in Penticton.
